Shipping Info

*STRIKES*
There are delays across the board of all shipping companies currently. We will not offer refunds / exchanges until after the 10 days (after the day the item is supposed to arrive) *this is excluding strike days*. Whilst we appreciate this is a frustrating time for everyone. Once the parcel leaves us, it is out of our hands. Please allow extra times for all methods of shipping. We will not refund shipping costs at this time due to delays. 

If your parcel is not collected from a depot and is returned to us, redelivery costs will be invoiced before we re post to you. 

If you do not collect your items from the shipping depot and they are lost / destroyed due to this. We are unable to refund. 

We are not always able to respond to parcel chasing messages prior to the day that the parcel is due to arrive with you.

First Class - £5.50

International - 13.95

Ireland - £6

Orders are packed and shipped within 0-3 days, they usually take 2-3 days to arrive but can take up to 5 working days. *this does not include strike times*

Overseas customers - international charges must be covered by the customer upon arrival. 

We drop post to our Royal Mail provider. On some occasions they do not ship on the same day. This is out of our control.
