Easy Returns

We offer returns on faulty goods within 14 days of purchase. 

  • Customers have 14 days from the fulfillment date to return item(s) for store credit or exchange.
  • We DO NOT provide refunds on personalised goods.

Sale items are not returnable / exchangeable unless the item is faulty 🤍

Should you not receive your order you must let us know before 10 days after ordering with us. If we are not told within this timeframe we maybe unable to open any claims with Royal Mail and therefore will not be able to compensate, refund or send out a replacement.

Embroidered items are non returnable so please choose your sizing wisely based on our 2-3 week turnaround on personalised goods 🤍

Festive / Christmas / Seasonal items / pre order are non exchangeable / refundable unless faulty. 

If there are signs of wear / labels are removed we will not be able to offer a refund. 

when exchanging for other sizes you will need to cover postage costs.
